Honey and cinnamon weight loss juice
This is a simple infused water recipe that will help boost your metabolism and get your body burning extra calories to help you lose weight.
Ideally you should drink this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
Ingredients
- 2 table spoons of organic honey
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 250ml of water
Directions
- Boil the water first.
- Put a table spoon cinnamon into a glass.
- Pour the boiling water into the glass with the cinnamon, cover the glass till it cools down.
- Add the honey once it’s cooled down, adding honey to boiling water would destroy the enzymes.
